Crocs Mambaz on Sale for $9.95 (possible free shipping): Both Men’s and Women’s

This is a deal that is making its way around the internet today and it is pretty hot, but there are also questions about this so I figured I’d tell you about the deal (in case you’re not in the know) and I’d give the relevant information to answer any questions/myths that are popping up. At the DSW online store you can pick up the Crocs Mambaz (men’s or women’s) for $9.95/pair (go to DSW.com and in the search bar enter: Crocs Mambaz The men’s and the women’s pairs will come up. I cannot offer a direct link because it is a Flash based site and the direct link does not work). Shipping is free on orders of $50 or more with code SHIP3 or if you are a DSW member and log into your account you can get free shipping with no minimum purchased required with code MEMSHIP. As most are aware, $9.95 for a pair of Crocs is unheard of (unless you are talking about a knock-off), and many people are speculating that these are not real Crocs because they do not have the Crocs name on them. Here’s the scoop: Crocs Mambaz are in fact made by Crocs. They are not marketed nor sold by Crocs on their site, they are made specially for certain retailers (such as JCPenny) to sell at a reduced price (compared to the regular Crocs Caymans or other Crocs models). From a business perspective, Crocs is trying to sell more clogs while still maintaining the price on their regularly priced clogs. So you will not see the Mambaz on the Crocs website because then no one would buy the other models that are priced anywhere from $25-$45 on average when they could buy a $10 model. I would assume that the Mambaz uses the Croslite material (which is the famous material that Crocs invented and makes their clogs out of) though I do not have confirmation of this. For $10/pair and possible free shipping you cannot go wrong, though be forewarned, if you want to buy these as a gift for someone and they are not familiar with the Mambaz model name, they may give you a funny look at they’ll assume these are a knock-off attempt at Crocs… Enjoy the cheap Crocs clogs!

Well those shoes look similar, but if you can confirm that they are made with the original Crocs material, why we should take risks…. I found a lot of info about Crocs in this site http://www.crocxmania.com
