Here are two oldies but goodies that I had written about last year but will mention them again this year since they are still going strong. You can get a free DVD, CD, or Video Game for signing up for a free account with BarterBee (you select what you want and there is a HUGE variety so everyone will find something they like). All this requires is giving your name/mailing address/email/etc… (no credit card information is ever needed). It takes 2 minutes of your time and you’ll get a nice freebie out of it. Barterbee is a site where people can trade their DVDs, CDs, Games with each other so after getting your freebie and using it you could trade it with another member and get something else out of it. Here’s the forum thread where people have discussed this freebie and you could see what some of them have gotten.

If you use Google or Yahoo to search for things online then you may want to consider making the switch to Blingo. Blingo is a search engine (powered by Yahoo) so you get the same quality search, but the difference is that Blingo awards you prizes for using them to search. The prizes range from small things like a $5 Amazon.com gift card all the way up to a new car. I have gotten a free movie ticket from them. Also, if you have any friends and you refer them to Blingo then if they win a prize you will win the same prize for referring them so everyone is happy!
