Amazon is having a 10 Days 10 Deals promotion for video games (and video game systems). I admit I am not the biggest gamer anymore (I peaked in 1998 with Madden ‘98) so I’m not sure how great these deals are for today’s gamer, but it can’t hurt to check out because Amazon usually offers decent deals… They have listed the first deal which is:

Day 1: Buy PS3 40GB console, get PS3 Blu-ray remote and Stranglehold Collector’s Edition free.

On the page the link brings you to there is also a box for their video game deal of the day which is usually one video game that they pick that day and sell for a discount of anywhere from 20-50% off. Also, a friend told me that Gamecrazy was offering a promotion good until Dec. 16th for a PS2 or XBox for $49.99. I am unsure if this is a regional or national promotion and I’m not sure if this is for a used or new system, if you happen to check it out and find out please let us know via the comment section.
