For those of you who missed out on getting the Toshiba A2 HD-DVD Player from Walmart for $99 there is a deal that may be even better. Circuit City is currently selling the A3 for $199.99 (on sale from $299.99). This comes with the movies “The Bourne Identity” and “300″ HD-DVDs enclosed in the box. Throw in a $40 off $199 purchase coupon and you got yourself a pretty hot deal…

Total purchase price is $159.99 +tax. You can view it online here for the sale price of $199.99. If you go to the store they will tell you it is $299.99 (Circuit City is one shady place) but after you tell them “No way man” and have them check online they will lower it to $199.99 for you. For the coupon, color coupons are always prettier - hint hint. Now you don’t have to buy a HD-DVD Player, you can buy an XBox or PS3 or whatever and bring the coupon along if you choose. But as for me, I just picked up the A3 and popped in the movie “300″ and it looks pretty sweet.
