Nice service considering calling information is like $0.50/call these days…

This has been around for a few months, I just found out about it today though so that’s why I’m sharing it now.  If you need to call information there is a free service provided by Google.  Call…1-800-GOOG-411 (which is 1-800-466-4411).  Using this service you can search by business name or category (i.e.  Tony’s Gas station or just search using the term ‘gas station’).  You can get connected to the place for free.  You can have the information sent to you via a text message.

All of this is free and provided by Google.  There is another service that provides this same service, 1-800-FREE-411.  I have used this number a few times but the service I have received has been mediocre to say the least.  At any rate, there are two options for you to get some “free information” if need be.  Enjoy the info!
