Office Max has a $10 off a $20 purchase coupon, best part is their competitors (i.e. Staples, etc…) will accept the coupon!

If you are not familiar with using competitor coupons here is your lesson for the day… most stores now will allow you to use coupons from their competitors (i.e.  Lowe’s will accept Home Depot coupons and vice versa… Staples, Office Max, Office Depot will all take the other one’s coupons… Sears may take anyone’s coupons, etc…).  So when you find a good coupon why not put it to use at multiple locations???

Here is the coupon for $10 off a $20 purchase at Office Max.  A friend of mine took this coupon and went to Staples.  She needed envelopes and Staples had a sale where 500 envelopes were $7.  So she got 3 boxes (1,500 envelopes in total) which came to $21.  She used this Office Max coupon and walked out the door with 1,500 envelopes for $11.  I dare you to find a better price then that.  You could of course use this for anything, not just envelopes, but to maximize your savings I would only spend $20 and use this coupon, if you need $40 worth of stuff why not print out two copies and have a friend use one (or go back the next day).  Also might be good for those few back to school items you forgot about…
