Buy.com is offering a $15 promo coupon found here that works on any purchase, i.e. find an item that costs $15 and has free shipping and you’ll get that item for FREE (sweetest 4 letters I know of). I placed two orders, one for a 1 gig thumb drive and one for a Sandisk 512 meg MP3 player…both Free!
You need to follow these directions in order to get this to work properly for you, it can be tricky. Go to Buy.com and find the item you want and add it to your cart (make sure the item offers free shipping like the Kingston thumb drive). After you add the item click here to to open a new window which will allow you to checkout. You must create a new account during checkout for this to work. When you are on the last page you need to change the shipping options to the Budget shipping. Then click here and when this page opens then click the “redeem” button, this will validate the $15 promotion. Now go to your window with the order page and hit refresh. It should apply the discount to your order and your order should show the $15 discount. Then hit the button to submit your order. And now you have yourself a free item. F-R-E-E, gotta love it!

It does not even show I have an account today at all. I created on last night during checkout. I never recieved any emails from them but I have an order number from them…The offer has been pulled today as well. I guess they cancelled my order and my account.

Most of mine got the “Cancellation Requested” message. The only ones that show as being shipped are 512 MB mini SD cards. I ordered 3 and got three tracking numbers and the status is “Shipped.”

looks like they did a bulk cancellation of orders, the lucky ones got their orders shipped, my orders now saying “cancel”. oh well, win some/lose some.

they legally cannot charge you more then your order invoice was. the worst they can do is ask if you’d like to pay the full price for it.
